My name is Riley Goree, and I’m proud to lead Prime Fitness – a space built on passion, purpose, and people. With over 16 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist assistant, I’ve built Prime Fitness to be more than a gym – it’s a results-driven, supportive community focused on smart, safe, and sustainable fitness for every body.

We’re proud to offer Les Mills programming, bringing world-class workouts like BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, and Les Mills Pilates to our members right here in Alabama. Combine that with our specialized classes like bungee fitness, aerial Pilates, Lake Martin CrossFit, and senior-based training, and you’ve got something truly special.
