Charlie P’s Fish & Wings is a family-owned restaurant proudly serving the Lipscomb, Alabama community with fresh, flavorful food and a welcoming atmosphere. Founded by husband-and-wife team Yazmene and Frank Horn, our business was built on passion, resilience, and a vision to bring quality dining to an area that needed it most.

As the first restaurant of its kind in the city, Charlie P’s has quickly become a local favorite, known for our crispy wings, seasoned fish, and consistent customer service. Our commitment is simple  serve great food, create great experiences, and give back to our community.

In addition to our restaurant, we are expanding through our food truck to reach more customers, travel, and grow our brand across Alabama and beyond.
