Hi, I’m Ryan Threatt—licensed massage therapist and founder of 3T Wellness Massage & Bodywork. I specialize in restorative bodywork focused on pain relief, mobility, and helping clients feel truly at home in their bodies.

Beyond massage therapy, I’m certified in Health Education and Coaching, with a Master’s in Community Health and Human Sciences from UAB. My passion lies in guiding people toward their best selves—physically, mentally, and holistically.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me hanging out with my rottie Willow, making art and music, or getting lost in a good series. Wellness is my calling, and I’m here to help you feel better, move better, and live better.
