Dread River Distilling Co. is the most product diverse distillery in the state of Alabama.  It is the first distillery in Birmingham to produce Bourbon on a commercial basis in over 100 years.  The distillery is located in the heart of Birmingham and is committed to supporting and giving back to the local community.  

Dread River's Straight Bourbon is the best that Alabama has to offer, distilled on-premise from premium grains to produce a rich bourbon that only Alabama heat and humidity can produce.  Dread River's Whiskeys have been awarded both Silver and Gold Medals from the San Francisco World Spirit Awards, showing that Alabama can be a part of the world's best whiskeys.
