Woodlawn Theatre Bham LLC

We are a 250 cap space for live music and private events in the heart of historic downtown Woodlawn.  We host all kinds of genres and events - music from hip hop and R&B to indie rock and americana; events from corporate training sessions and panel discussions to birthday parties and weddings. 

Woodlawn Theatre is located in the space of the original Woodlawn Family Theatre, a neighborhood cinema in operation from 1929-1957, and brings art deco and mid century design in contrast with a moody rock and roll club. With a heart for the music scene and passion for the Woodlawn neighborhood, the Theatre looks forward to introducing up and coming talent to Birmingham. 

Offering a full service bar in a beautiful venue, catch a new favorite band while catching up with friends. 

Created in 1929, reestablished in 2019, opened in 2023.
