I spent years as an Army Chinook Helicopter Flight Engineer in a world that demanded performance, precision, and keeping it together no matter what. What I didn't realize until later was how much of my outer world was simply reflecting what I believed about myself on the inside.

When I finally saw the pattern, everything changed. That's the work I do now.
