The Eastern Shore Children's Clinic, ESCC, was founded in 1976 as a group practice of board certified pediatricians.

We provide excellent, evidence-based medical care in a loving environment with a focus on long term health, development, and the family.

With offices in Fairhope and Spanish Fort, we offer all primary care needs for children and adolescents birth through high school graduation.
