At Oliwias Shave Ice & Ice Cream, we offer authentic Hawaiian shave ice & homemade ice cream. “Oliwias” is the Hawaiian spelling of my name, Olivia, still pronounced as Olivias. Hawaiian shave ice has a scoop of ice cream in the bottom, fluffy “snow” like ice + snow capped (sweetened condensed milk) on top!! We have 50+ shave ice flavors to choose from. Our ice cream is made in house by the batch.
