Monica C Montgomery is a business strategist and technical writer that uses industry research and strategic planning to help small to mid-size businesses reach their growth potential. Business owners have a passion for their product/service, but really do not know how to operate a business. Monica established MCM Services in 2016 to assist business owners and management teams with identifying market performance and implementing strategies to reach operational and financial goals. For over nine years, MCM Services has supported service-based businesses in becoming successful and moving forward by providing realistic, strategic planning and consulting. Understanding her clients' needs and how they impact economic growth is her passion for helping businesses survive past the first three years of operations. Monica focuses on the core values of honesty, integrity, communication and collaboration for her servant leadership and as the foundation of MCM Services. Having definitive core values is important in building your business and community reputation.

With her specialties in technical writing, analyzing data, and implementing solutions, Monica has been able to keep her business and other small businesses in the community stable and contribute to economic growth. Through MCM Services, her team has assisted over 31% of their clientele with identifying their business model and implement strategies that have lead to increased revenue. They accomplished this by learning the long-term goals of their clients and aligning realistic solutions towards growth. 

Monica matriculated at Stillman College and enhanced her technical writing skills before earning her degree in English/Political Science from the University of Alabama-Huntsville (UAH). She also has over 10 years of experience in financial services and investment planning. 

Monica is the proud mother of her son, Bryan. She’s a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend that enjoys traveling, volunteering in the community, and eating exotic foods in her free time.
