In the Heart of Huntsville, Alabama we - Andy and Marianne, coffee lover and a tea devotee set out to reimagine a drink so central to the Southern table it borders on sacred: the morning cup. But this isn't just another coffee. It's FigBrew - a culinary innovation made from roasted organic figs that delivers the rich, comforting essence of coffee with none of the bitterness, acidity , or caffeine crash.

Our Journey began with a problem familiar to many: Andy loved coffee, but coffee didn't love him back. Acid reflux, jitters and restlessness made every cup a gamble. Marianne, meanwhile often felt left out of the coffee conversation  altogether. Determined to find a better option, Andy turned to history and stumbled upon a little known wartime practice. - roasting figs to extend limited coffee supplies.

From that seed of inspiration, FigBrew was born.

Our signature product, Figgee, is made from nothing but roasted organic figs - a naturally sweet nutty, and full-bodied drink that brews just like coffee. Served hot or cold, it offers deep, earthy notes with a soft, fruity finish - a satisfying flavour that stands on its own or pairs beautifully with breakfast, dessert or a slow afternoon on the porch.

For traditional coffee lovers we created Mellow Mix - a 50/50 blend of organic Arabica coffee and our roasted fig. The result? A smoother cup with half the caffeine, lower acidity, and a hint of natural sweetness.

As a Southern- made, Southern- rooted product, FigBrew honors both flavour and tradition. We roast in small batches and source our ingredients with care. Figs are a fruit long associated with Southern gardens and kitchens - now brought to life in a completely new form.

We're committed to sustainability - from our fully compostable packaging to sourcing ingredients that support local agriculture. By working with local farmers and reducing our environmental impact, we're not only crafting a delcious drink but also contributing to the health and vitality of our community and the environment.

In just a few short years, FigBrew has already made a name for itself, winning the People's Choice Award, at the largest coffee festival in the midwest two years in a row and earning accolades for its innovation and sustainability. These honors reflect our growing community of passionate customers who appreciate the flavour, health benefits, and eco-friendly ethos behind every cup.
