We have been honored to create a space that allows collective collaboration between Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Registered Dietitians at this time.

We offer personalized therapy for individuals, couples, and families from adolescents to geriatrics. Whether facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, The Collective is honored to collectively work alongside others.

To ensure our clients are supported through person centered approaches we offer a variety of evidence-based approaches such as; Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT),Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Lifespan Integration, Safe and Sound Protocol, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner, an Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC) Parent Coach
