At its foundation Solid Ground is a place of love and hope. Life can be challenging, tumultuous, and difficult to navigate. In these tough times we typically feel unloved, alone, invisible, and hopeless. 

Solid Ground Counseling Center is committed to eliminating stigmas surrounding, and accessibility to, mental health care to help clients see they’re not alone, to refocus on their strengths, and to facilitate emotional healing. To achieve this we provide individual, couples and family therapy services to clients of all ages. We have partnered within our communities to bring low and no-cost services to individuals who may not receive services otherwise. Additionally, we offer multiple workshops and classes to help keep our area businesses healthy and thriving. Through our services, we are on a mission to change perceptions around what taking care of our mental health means, so people can take control of their mental wellbeing. We have worked hard to create a safe place where each client can learn, heal, and grow.
