Permanent Brows

We understand that brow loss or thinning frequently happens. Reasons for brows loss or thinning  can be due to age,  or medical conditions such as Thyroid, Alopecia, hormone changes, cancer and so much more.  There are also medications such as Chemotherapy that can  cause hair loss. However, we believe in a beautiful and natural looking solution so YOU don't have to worry about your brows!

At Outliner Studio, we know there is no one-size-fits-all brow design, color, or shape.  That’s why we customize each treatment- Just. For. You.  Together, we will design, map, and personalize the brow color/shape that meets your needs.  We then implement the final design using gentle yet advanced micro shading technique that is extremely gentle and very effective lasting 1-3 years.

Lip Blush

Watercolor Lip Blush, our most popular permanent lip blushing service, restores and enhances your lips by providing a natural-looking and effortless blush of color. 

We use a unique numbing technique and apply color through a gentle micro shading process. There is only minimal, temporary swelling (which some clients love).

The result: Fabulous tinted lips with a soft, defined border to your pout.

Permanent Eyeliner 

(Lash Enhancement, Soft Top Eyeliner, and Shadow Liner with a Wing)

Permanent Lash Enhancement is the most natural permanent eyeliner and places pigment between the lash line only.  A lash enhancement can be done on its own and it is included in all other eyeliner services.   On its own, it is a subtle eyeliner enhancement that is best for clients who want a touch more definition around the lashes only. No drama, no fuss. A little fluff between your lashes.

Our Permanent Soft Top Liner service includes a Lash Enhancement (placing pigment between the lashes) but also places soft pigment above the lashes as well.  To add a little extra drama, you may choose to add the option of a small wing to this service.  The wing is placed on the outside edge of the lash and gives an illusion of longer lashes at the outer corners.  It’s ever so chic, dahling.

The Permanent Shadow Liner service combines the Lash Enhancement and Soft Top Liner, but then cranks it up a notch for the ultimate Wake Up Made Up experience.   Pigment will be placed between the lashes (Lash Enhancement), on top of the lash line (Soft Top Liner), but a super soft and beautiful shading is also added above the lashes and even onto the eyelid.  The addition of a wing is an option to add a little extra flare, and micropixels can be used to create a smoky look, blending your wing and shadow seamlessly.  You. Will. WOW.

Medical Art (3D Areola Tattoo & Scar Camouflage)

Scar camouflage is the act of gently microneedling the skin while placing pigment into the scarred area to match the surrounding color. This technique can be used to "blend" the area such as breast scars, areola scars from traumatic breast surgery, brow scars which can cause hair loss, lip scars, and camouflaging vitiligo.
