Hi! I'm Brittany Daniels founder of Mental Freedom Counseling Services LLC. I began my journey as a premed Biology major at The University of South Alabama where I thought my passion was in medicine. It wasn't until after I graduated, and the passing of a cousin due to battling his mental health, where I discovered that my passion was helping others navigate their trauma so that they can live their best lives. I completed my Master of Arts degree at The University of Alabama at Birmingham in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since 2020, I have built a strong therapeutic foundation of evidenced based practice, unconditional positive regard, and helping clients maintain skills that can help them reach fulfilled lives. Mental Freedom Counseling Services LLC serves as a way to continue providing quality trauma informed care in all communities.
