Hooper Homes LLC

Davis Hooper is a graduate from Auburn University and the owner/president of Hooper Homes LLC, a residential construction company he founded in 2016. Since its inception, Hooper Homes has developed more than eight communities in the Auburn, Alabama area and constructed over 200 residential homes, equating to 122 million in gross sales in the last five years. Hooper’s approach to building is rooted in craftsmanship and care—prioritizing quality over quantity and earning a reputation for integrity through consistent hard work and attention to detail.

Born in Montgomery, Alabama, Hooper was raised by two public servants whose example shaped his values early in life. His father, an Auburn University graduate, served in the State Legislature, while his mother was a schoolteacher and former Auburn cheerleader. From them, Hooper developed a servant’s heart and a strong work ethic that continue to guide his career and leadership style today.

Hooper attended Auburn University on an athletic scholarship, where he played football and deepened his connection to the Auburn community. After graduation, he married his high school sweetheart and began his career in home building. Today, he and his wife are raising their three children in Auburn, where Hooper is actively involved in their lives—coaching them in recreational sports such as soccer and T-ball.

Davis is a devoted man of faith who attributes both his successes and challenges to God’s greater plan. He is actively engaged in his church community, hosting a weekly small group fellowship at his office and remaining committed to advancing the Kingdom of Heaven. Davis also serves the broader community through initiatives such as Serve Day and regularly opens his home to college students for worship gatherings and fellowship.

His passion for custom residential construction is evident in every project he undertakes. Hooper blends determination, craftsmanship, and a keen eye for detail with an ability to connect with clients, helping turn their ideas into reality. Through Hooper Homes, he is committed to providing a homebuilding experience that feels personal and collaborative, offering flexibility and going above and beyond to ensure customers are thrilled not only with their homes but also with the process of building them.

Hooper’s dedication to excellence has earned him Lee County’s Home Builder of the Year award multiple times. He recognizes that Auburn’s strength and character were built long before his arrival, and he is proud to contribute to its continued growth—striving to create homes, communities, and a legacy that will endure. Hooper currently developed a community that will yield over 160 million is gross sales and value that will be brought to Auburn in the next 3-5 years, accompanied with a new developed golf course that has potential to be the most exclusive course in Lee County.
