What started as a creative outlet at my kitchen counter has quickly grown into something far more meaningful. In just six short months, Rocket City Charm & Charcuterie has blossomed from a passion project into a thriving Huntsville-based business rooted in connection, celebration, and a whole lot of charm.

As a military spouse of 27 years, I’ve spent decades building community wherever life planted us. When our family recently landed in Huntsville, I wanted to create something that brought people together—and charcuterie became my canvas. Each board, grazing table, and custom spread is thoughtfully designed not just to look beautiful, but to create moments people remember.

As the owner, I personally design, style, and curate every detail—from elevated grazing tables and corporate events to intimate gatherings and specialty boxes. My background in social work deeply influences my approach: I believe food has the power to connect people, tell stories, and make others feel seen and celebrated.

In just six months, Rocket City Charm & Charcuterie has had the honor of serving local businesses, families, and community events across the Huntsville area. What makes this journey even more special is being new to the city—every order has been an opportunity to build relationships and become part of this incredible community.
