She is a Clinical Herbalist with over 4,200 hours of advanced scientific and professional clinical education, along with more than a decade of experience in wild foraging and plant medicine formulation.

Her work integrates herbal medicine, mineral support, bio-communication feedback, lymphatic therapy, and holistic wellness guidance.

Mandy practices vitalist herbalism. This is an approach that focuses on listening to the body, identifying patterns, and understanding how imbalance developed over time. Rather than chasing symptoms, she works to uncover and support the root of what the body is expressing.
