Lee Sutton Home Inspection Services LLC

My name is Lee Sutton, a residential home inspector and owner of Lee Sutton Home Inspection Services LLC. I have called Central Alabama my home since my family relocated to the Prattville area in 1984 with a job transfer from Southeast Alabama. I currently reside in Prattville, AL with my high school sweetheart, one son, and our two dogs. Therefore, I am very familiar with Prattville, Millbrook, Elmore, Deatsville, and the surrounding counties.

Prior to starting my inspection business in 2020, I was a Facility Technician for a national utility company for approximately 20 years. My wife, Kristen, has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005, and our dream was to have a more flexible schedule and join the real estate world together.  Due to my vast knowledge and expertise in remodeling and repairs, as well as owning and managing our own rental properties, it made perfect sense to become a residential home inspector. It was finally my chance to share my knowledge and insight into the overall condition of a buyer’s potential new home.
