We offer group classes, 1:1 personal training, nutrition counseling and more.

Drop-ins are always welcome, cost is $20 (or buy a T-shirt).

Monthly memberships are:

$150 - Unlimited

$125 - 12 Classes / month

$100 - 8 Classes / month

Discounts for military, police, fire and multi-member families.
