We are a family-owned wedding venue nestled back in the quiet beauty of Skyline Mountain in Alabama—a place where love, faith, and family come together.

Our journey began as a catering and decorating company, Talk of the South Catering, where we built our reputation on great food, beautiful setups, and truly caring for our clients. Over time, we followed a dream God placed on our hearts—to build our own venue so we could serve our couples in a more complete and meaningful way.

Today, we do just that.

At The Glass House, we love working side by side as a family. Every wedding is personal to us, and we strive for 100% satisfaction for each and every bride and groom we serve. Our passion is rooted in our cooking, and that’s why all of our packages include full-service catering, decorating, and a custom wedding cake created by our own Aka Cake Lady.
