I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my master’s degree at The University of Alabama. My work in the schools, as a healthcare administrator, and as a licensed therapist for intensive to moderate at-risk youth in the DHR system has helped me gain experience with a wide range of mental health concerns.

My practice includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Level 2 LifeSpan Integration, Brainspotting, and Trauma-Informed Care, each of which can be tailored to one’s personal, individualized needs. Please know, that counseling services are not limited to the office location. Welcome Home Wellness can also provide secure tele-health care.
