If you're already mentally decorating with pumpkins instead of pool floats, Warrior has your back. The Summerween Art Festival returns on July 18, proving that spooky season fans don't have to wait until fall to get their Halloween fix.
A Little October in the Middle of July
The festival blends the charm of a local art market with a playful Halloween theme, creating an event that's equal parts shopping trip, community gathering, and early spooky celebration.
From 1 to 5 p.m., the Warrior Public Library and surrounding grounds will welcome more than 50 vendors selling handmade art, vintage finds, candles, jewelry, oddities, collectibles, seasonal décor, and other one-of-a-kind treasures. It's a chance to shop directly from local makers while discovering pieces that feel a lot more personal than anything sitting on a big-box store shelf.
The festival keeps the fun going beyond shopping.
