Rage, Then Reclaim
Some days, deep breathing is not enough. The printer jams, the group chat spirals, the stress piles up, and suddenly a perfectly innocent dinner plate starts looking very breakable. At Bev’s Rage Room, that feeling has somewhere to go.
The mission is not just to let people smash things for fun, although yes, that part is certainly real. Bev’s Rage Room was founded by Tiffany Rowell and named in honor of her late mother, Beverly. The business is built around a bigger idea: “Rage with Purpose.”
Here, breaking things is only the beginning. Guests are encouraged to confront what is dimming their smile, unpack what they have been carrying, reclaim their power, and leave some of that emotional weight on the floor. Tiffany and her team take care of what remains, literally, while guests leave with a renewed sense of release.
The experience is designed for people who need to “release, renew, and reclaim,” whether they arrive angry, overwhelmed, grieving, stressed, or simply ready for a reset. Tiffany’s goal is to help people reconnect with the genuine smile that anger, trauma, sadness, grief or stress may have buried. It also explains why she so often affectionately calls people “Sunshine.”
The experience works for many occasions, too. Group sessions are popular with businesses, organizations, birthday celebrations, special events, and team-building outings. The Four-Mulah four-person session and the Know the Players two-person session also make date nights and double dates considerably less predictable.
Still, Bev’s Rage Room carries a mission that reaches beyond broken glass and loud releases. Tiffany and her team have opened the doors to people facing moments of emotional crisis, providing a safe and controlled space where they can release tension, regain a sense of control, and be met with compassion instead of judgment.
That is why Bev’s Rage Room’s recognition as a 2026 Best of Alabama winner in the Family Amusement Places category feels especially meaningful. This is not merely a place to break things. It is a place where people can release what has been weighing them down and walk out feeling lighter.
